Impregnation spray INPRODUCTS

INPRODUCTS impregnation spray creates a thin film of silicon nanoparticles, which protects membrane clothing against soaking, contamination and in case of extreme water pressure (eg wading or crawling). It is a dispersion product of modified silicon nanoparticles in aqueous solution.

The spray helps the material to dry up to 5 times faster. Impregnation is intended for outdoor clothing in which it prevents the adhesion of dirt. The solution forms a protective silicon layer on the surface of the material, which subsequently repels water and dirt and also protects the material from damage caused by the salt spray. Unlike conventional chemical impregnations, INPRODUCTS is based on water.

The spray is colorless and odorless and can be used indoors without any worries. This impregnation restores the breathability and properties of membrane textiles (Gore-Tex and others). The garment will be protected from moisture after use and the material will remain breathable. After application of the impregnation, the garment will remain protected for up to 10 washing cycles with water and up to 5 cycles with washing powder. Spray consumption is 25 to 100 ml per 1 m2 depending on the absorption properties of the material. The silicon layer of nanoparticles will allow the material to be cleaned of sweat and salt during washing. After the garment has dried, the function of the nanoparticles is restored.

We recommend using the impregnation on membrane jackets, coats, windbreakers, trousers or shorts, hats, scarves and gloves. INPRODUCTS is a product safe for health and the aquatic environment.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply INPRODUCTS to a clean, dry cloth.

2. Shake the spray well before use.

3. Apply the solution in a continuous layer from a distance of 10 to 20 cm. After application, always wipe the remaining drops of solution into the material with a sponge.

4. After application, wait 24 hours, a protective silicon layer will form on the surface. Wait required time otherwise the impregnation will not work 100%. The process cannot be accelerated by a dryer or other heat source.

5. During drying, place the treated object in a ventilated area and preferably out of direct sunlight. 

6. Store the solution container at 3 to 30 ° C. When the temperature drops below 3 ° C and the solution freezes, it degrades.

7. The shelf life is at least 2 years from the date of manufacture.
